At Suzikart, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand the terms under which returns and refunds are processed.

1. Return Eligibility

A return request may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The product received is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is significantly different from the description

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 3–7 days of delivery (depending on product category)
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • All original tags, labels, accessories, and invoice must be included

Suzikart reserves the right to reject returns if the product does not meet the above conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective:

  • Innerwear and personal hygiene products
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Go to your Suzikart account
  2. Open “My Orders”
  3. Select the product
  4. Click on “Request Return”
  5. Provide reason and upload supporting images (if required)

4. Return Process

After receiving your request:

  • Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours.
  • If approved, return pickup instructions will be shared.
  • In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product.

Return approval is subject to verification and quality inspection after the product is received.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after:

  • The returned product is received
  • Quality check is completed
  • Return is approved

Refund Timeline:

  • Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting required details.

Actual credit time depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellation Policy (Related to Refunds)

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
  • If cancellation is approved, refund will be processed as per refund timeline.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Record an unboxing video (recommended)
  • Contact support within 48 hours
  • Share clear images and order details

Failure to report within the timeline may result in rejection of the claim.

8. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • In some cases, reverse shipping charges may apply.

9. Exchange Policy

Exchange is subject to product availability.
If replacement stock is unavailable, refund will be processed instead.

10. Important Notes

  • Suzikart reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of misuse or policy abuse.
  • Multiple returns from the same account may result in restrictions.
  • Policy may be updated without prior notice.
