Cancellation policy

At Suzikart, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which orders may be cancelled by customers or by Suzikart.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may request cancellation of your order under the following conditions:

✅ Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • Cancellation requests must be made through the “My Account” section or by contacting our support team.
  • Once approved, a refund (if applicable) will be initiated.

❌ After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched from the warehouse.
  • In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable).

2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

The following types of orders may not be eligible for cancellation:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Digital products (if applicable)
  • Products marked as “Non-Cancellable”
  • Orders already shipped or out for delivery

3. Cancellation by Suzikart

Suzikart reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product out of stock or unavailable
  • Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical error
  • Payment failure or verification issue
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer details
  • Suspicious or fraudulent transaction
  • Operational or logistical limitations

If an order is cancelled by Suzikart after payment has been made, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is required if payment was not collected.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

5. Important Notes

  • Cancellation requests are subject to order status at the time of request.
  • Suzikart reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.
  • Abuse or misuse of the cancellation facility may result in restriction of future orders.
